Processing & Shipping

 

  • Adorn orders are typically processed in 2-4 business days.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic deliveries (US) typically arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location. USPS tracking details are always provided.

  • For international orders placed outside of the US/CAN please ensure USPS shipping to your country of residence here prior to purchase. Note: USPS does not provide tracking in all countries available for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Adorn is happy to provide refunds for the purchase price of any items returned in new/ unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

  • Clearance items are not eligible for refund.

  • Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

  • International orders are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Adorn is happy to provide exchanges for any items returned in new/unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • In order to exchange an item a refund must first be given and a new order placed.
